Tom Kyme Owner Tom has been in the fitness industry over 30 years. 12 of those years in the commercial health club space, remaining time in the fitness amenity space. With his degree in Exercise Science, and years spent operating and building, he is able to apply his years of experience to every project. Staying aware of both fitness trends and design concepts, he prides himself on providing the most up to date and practical uses of space no matter the size or budget.
Mario Amendano Team Leader Mario has been with Skyline Amenity Group/PODZ USA for 15 years. Serving as Team Leader, Mario directly oversees his crew of installers of flooring, mirrors, and general construction.
Jeremy Guevara Team Leader Jeremy has been with Skyline Amenity Group/PODZ USA for over 5 years. Serving as Team Leader, Jeremy directly oversees his crew of installers of flooring and painting.
Marc Bernstein MBQ Construction Marc owns our General Construction Strategic Partner MBQ Contruction. Marc brings over 20 years of General Construction experience in the Tri State & Metro Area. Specializing in full buildout and conversions of amenity spaces.
Larry Zimmerman Lighting Supplier Larry has nearly 50 years of commercial lighting sales and design. Over the last 20 years Larry has helped supply and design many commercial health clubs as well as several condominium and sports faciliteis with Skyline Amenity Group.
